Active Patients:
Currently, active patients can schedule online below for the following services:

If you are a patient of ours but it’s been a while since you’ve made an appointment, please call the office so we can determine the length of your appointment.
To confirm your appointment slot, we require a $85 deposit towards any appointment scheduled with Trinity Holistic Health Center. The $85 deposit goes towards your appointment. Refunds will only be given to cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice. If you have any questions about our appointments or costs, please contact our office or chat with us below.
